As an Account Executive in Outbound Sales, you will provide the first impression to customers looking to build their online presence. We take a consultative approach to sales – learning about the needs of each customer and fitting them into the best product or service available. Our mission is to provide a world class sales experience to every customer we work with by giving them the tools and insights they need to make their vision a reality.

What You’ll Do:

  • Our team of Account Executives reaches out to customers door to door, direct phone calls and those who inquired about our products or services online.
  • Educate customers about their website and current marketing strategy to help them understand the importance of having an online presence.
  • Understand current gaps in businesses’ online presence through discovery.
  • Manage an ongoing pipeline of customers to deliver revenue consistently at or above sales quota level
  • Educate potential customers on the benefits of a website, domain name, professional emails, social media marketing etc.
  • Demonstrate extraordinary interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive, multi-task, and prioritize in a high-volume, dynamic environment
  • Partner with the other members of our team and help find creative new ways to drive performance
  • Apply solid sales skills to understand customer’s needs and close all sales with integrity

Who You Are:

  • You’ve had a few years (2-5 ideal) of sales or customer support experience under your belt where you’ve consistently achieved and/or exceeded goals
  • You’re a competitive person with a drive to win and help others win too
  • You’re a self-starter with a strong business acumen to think on your feet creatively to solve customer’s needs
  • You’re flexible, a master at juggling and prioritizing multiple deliverables
  • You have an eagerness to learn, a high-performance work ethic, and a great sense of humor
